Order Review & Changes
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Due to our rapid fulfillment process, we are generally unable to make changes, cancellations, or edits once an order has been placed. Many orders are prepared and shipped the same day, so we appreciate your understanding and encourage you to confirm all order details prior to submitting payment.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to initiate a return, please review the following guidelines:
- Return Request Window: All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. To begin the process, please contact us at support@dockrestock.com.
- Return Authorization Required: All returns must be approved in advance and issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed.
- Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
- RMA Requirement: We are not responsible for any returned items that are sent without a valid RMA number clearly indicated on the package.
- Restock Fee: Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus any associated freight costs.

If your order arrives damaged
On rare occasions, items may be damaged during transit. If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please email support@dockrestock.com with your order details and a photo of the affected item(s) within 24 hours. We will be happy to review the issue and assist with a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.
If your order does not arrive
We understand how frustrating shipping delays can be. If you do not see tracking updates within 72 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
